Attorney Michael S. Guilfoyle received an undergraduate degree in 1971 from Illinois State University and a law degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1975 (Admitted in 1975).  He has been practicing law for 34 years in the state of Illinois, and is admitted to the General & Trial Bar Northern District of Illinois.  Mike is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.

He is engaged in general practice concentrating in real estate, probate, title work, litigation, tax preparation, corporations and LLCs, municipal law, elder law, drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.  He is also a member of Attorneys' Title Guaranty Trust and Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, and for many years has been in the top 100 state of Illinois title insurance issuers for ATG. 

He presently does real estate title insurance refinances for several banks including loan closing.  Additionally, he is the attorney for several municipalities and fire districts.

Attorney Kathleen M. Guilfoyle Stevenson graduated cum laude from Illinois State Universty with an undergraduate degree in political science in 2001.  In 2004 she received her law degree and graduated magna cum laude from Florida State Law School.  Kati was a member of the Florida State University Law Review while in law school and a member of the Order of the Coif.  She is licensed in both the state of Florida (admitted in 2004) and in Illinois (admitted in 2005), and a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.

She is engaged in general practice and concentrates in real estate, title work, loan closings, collections, forcible entry and detainers, drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, corporations and LLCs, and divorce.  

She is also involved as an assistant municipal attorney.

Mary Zinke has been working for the Guilfoyle Law Firm as both a paralegal and legal assistant since 1991.
